Admission Process
At ASPAM Indian International School (ASPAM IIS), we follow a structured and transparent admission process to ensure a seamless experience for both students and parents. Our goal is to help every child transition smoothly into our learning environment and ensure that their educational journey begins with clarity and confidence.
- The applicant is required to submit the filled in Registration Form online.
- An acknowledgement of the successful submission of the application form will be sent to the provided email ID
- The date for an interactive session with parents and child will be communicated via SMS and email.
Admission Process, Age Guide & Documents Required
To ensure a smooth and complete admission process at ASPAM Indian
International School (ASPAM IIS), it is essential that
parents/guardians submit all required documents accurately and on
time. These documents are mandatory as per school policy and
regulatory guidelines set by the UAE Ministry of Education.
Admission will only be confirmed once all submitted documents are
verified and approved by the school administration.
Please carefully review the list of documents below and ensure that
each item is complete and valid before submission:
- Parents will register online from the website and submit- www.aspamiis.com (Admission- Registration Form) Apply
- New academic year interactions for Pre-K and assessments for Grade 1 onwards commence from 15th Sep of every year.
- Interactions and assessments to be done on site/online (for students abroad).
- Interactions / interviews with academic supervisor will be on site/ zoom for aboard students under the guidance of the Principal.
- Admission confirmation will be notified on the same day, except for Grades 9 to 11, will be 1 day after assessment
- Parents are required to confirm admission, once offered, by paying the seat booking fee or the applicable fee payment
- Parent to deposit fee after admission confirmation for Mid-year admissions.
- Orientation and start of new academic year dates shall be informed along with books and uniforms collection details.
- Required documents list will be requested as per the SPEA & CBSE By-laws.
Documents Required at the Time of Assessment
Child Parents
- Valid passport
- Valid Emirates ID
- Attested birth Certificate
- Vaccination card
- 2 passport photographs
Students joining Gr 2 onwards from outside UAE Out of UAE Mandatory Attestations from below offices
- Attested TC country of origin - (Education office, CBSE, DEO from)
- Signed Report card - (UAE embassy in the country of Origin)
- Gr 10 attested marksheet - (Indian Embassy in UAE)
- For Gr 11 admission Certificate of equivalency-moe - (MOFA in UAE)
- For Gr 11 admission – Gr 9 report card
Students transferring from another school in UAE
- (Attestation is required if joined from British / American boards and schools out of Sharjah)
- Signed and stamped report card
- Fee clearance paper letter
- Good conduct letter
- Gr 10 CBSE signed marksheet copy of the original (Attestation is required if from OUT OF SHARJAH)
- Gr 9 report card signed and stamped for Gr 11 students
- Previous school health records from clinic
Admission Special Cases
Admission offered with undertaking and parent request letter subject to Ministry approval
- Gap year admissions to be offered based on Ministry level test.
- Age eligibility for parents who wish their wards to join a class lower than the eligible class due to various factors e. g never done any schooling, concepts and skills not as per desired level of the parent.
- SEN cases to be reviewed by the special educator and report to be presented to the Principal. Admission to be offered after confirmation.
Age Criteria
- For admission to Pre-K: The child must be 3 years old by 31 March of the academic year.
- For admission to KG 1: The child must be 4 years old by 31 March of the academic year.
- For admission to KG 2: The child must be 5 years old by 31 March of the academic year.
- For admission to Grade 1: The child must be 6 years old by 31 March of the academic year
- Results will be announced same day for KG1 – Gr 2 and Gr 3-11 a day after the assessment.
