FEE STRUCTURE

Aspam Indian International School, Sharjah, is now accepting registrations for KG to Grade 7 for the academic year 2015–16.

We accept children at the age of 4 for KG1, 5 for KG2 and 6 for Grade 1 on or before 31st July, of the academic year.

Online Admission

KG1 – GRADE 1: (To be submitted along with school fees)

  • Print-out of the Registration Form (Ref Online- print format- view)
  • Passport copy of the student with valid UAE Residence Visa.
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Emirates ID copy
  • Two passport size photographs. (Preferably with white background)
  • For mid-year admissions Progress Report (Original) and Transfer Certificate (with relevant attestations) will be required

GRADE 2 – 7:

  • Print-out of the Registration Form (filled online)
  • Passport copy of the student with valid UAE Residence Visa
  • Emirates ID copy
  • Two passport size photographs. (Preferably with white background)
  • Progress Report of previous grade –Original)
  • Transfer Certificate (with relevant attestations as applicable)

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS

I – STUDENTS SEEKING ADMISSION FROM SHARJAH

  • Transfer Certificate has to be attested from the previous school and SIS number has to be provided

II – STUDENTS SEEKING ADMISSION FROM OTHER EMIRATES 

  • Transfer Certificate has to be attested from the previous school

III – STUDENTS SEEKING ADMISSION FROM BRITISH OR AMERICAN CURRICULUM SCHOOLS 

  • Transfer Certificate has to be submitted before 15th June (with relevant attestations) and the student will join school in September

IV – STUDENTS SEEKING ADMISSION FROM INDIA 

Transfer Certificate requires following attestations;

  • Ministry of Education or CBSE Board or District Education Officer
  • UAE Embassy in India or Indian Consulate in Dubai
  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs in India or Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE

V – STUDENTS SEEKING ADMISSION FROM GCC AND OTHER COUNTRIES

Transfer Certificate requires following attestations:

  • Ministry of Education of that country
  • UAE Embassy in that country
  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country
  • Indian Embassy of that country

VI – STUDENTS SEEKING ADMISSION FROM USA AND EUROPEAN COUNTRIES 

Transfer Certificate attestation is not required for students coming from USA, Canada New Zealand and European Countries.  A letter from the school and the original Report Card of the last exam written is required.
